The Suns grabbed a lead in the third and led by one at the start of the fourth quarter. But the Grizzlies were the better team in the final frame.

The Detroit Pistons knocked off the Lakers on Sunday and afterward Reggie Jackson conducted a postgame interview with the television broadcast That much was normal. Andre Drummond’s role in it all was not.
Although Drummond broke character briefly in the beginning, he recovered for a really solid blank stare effort. He’s already the favorite for when the NBA adds blank stare to the NBA All-Star skill competition. Drummond is almost as good at staring contests as he is at grabbing rebounds.

The Wizards lost the contest, 116-104, but the severity of Wall’s injury is the biggest concern for the franchise. Wall had 28 points and 10 assists in 40 minutes before the injury.

Durant embarrassed Koufus with an emphatic dunk, something he’s making a habit of this week. (See: a nasty dunk on Chris Bosh.) Koufus even seemed to acknowledge it, nodding his head after the play. He’ll steer clear next time.

The Grizzlies and Suns were tied with 0.8 seconds left. Memphis threw the ball towards the rim, and Jeff Green came down with it for the game-winning dunk. Holy cow.
