It’s hard to get a job as an NFL long snapper. There are only 32 jobs in the NFL, snappers frequently play 10 or more years, and if a team has a snapper who hasn’t messed up, they aren’t likely to invest the time and effort into finding a new one. (And NFL snappers rarely mess up.)

NFL teams will think of you every time they drink a beer. And the warmth from their hands won’t even make the beer gross!
So one long-snapper in Indianapolis resorted to an interesting strategy to get noticed:
