It has been nearly a year since the last NBA Y2K, a series in which we used the video game NBA 2K14 to simulate horrific basketball dealings that should never leave the realm of the imaginary. Here is how we last left it:

The NBA Y2K series is is returning for one very special episode. If you’d like to see a version of yourself in the game, please write a poem about an NBA player who has disappointed you.

I have an idea I both love and hate, so I’ve decided to bring this back for one (1) episode. This time around, we’re not going to destroy the NBA, exactly, but I will need volunteers -- probably around 80 in total. If you’re selected, a player (who will probably look absolutely nothing like you) with your name will be a part of the simulation, and may appear in videos and GIFs and whatnot.
