Manchester United meets the current FA Cup holders Arsenal on Monday for a place in the semifinals and the right to go to Wembley.

This match begins a crucial stretch of matches for United, who must deal with Tottenham, Liverpool, Aston Villa and Manchester City in the coming weeks. With United fighting to remain in fourth place and the Gunners a single point ahead of them in third, it’s certainly possible that either side could be more focused on league play. Both teams will certainly want to avoid a replay adding another game to their busy schedules.

Arsenal-Manchester United

Robin Van Persie remains sidelined with an ankle injury, while defender Jonny Evans begins serving a six-match ban for spitting on Papiss Cisse. Gabriel Paulista is the Gunners only certain absence, while Wojciech Szczesny and Nacho Monreal could both return to the lineup.

United won the only meeting between the two sides this season, knocking off the Gunners 2-1 at the Emirates in late November.
