”Growing up watching Kentucky, seeing what he did at Memphis with Tyreke Evans, at Kentucky with Derrick Rose...“Clearly he knows Calipari was responsible for coaching Derrick Rose, the question was about Calipari, maybe he just misspoke -- but he did specify Evans went to Memphis and Rose went to Kentucky. Which, you know, isn’t true.
That said, Rose spent one year at Memphis when Briscoe was 11. So, pretty understandable.
