Houston's back at their "James Harden for MVP" promotion, this time with a hardcover video message mailed to media members that plays when you open it up.
The Rockets sent a hardcover book promoting James Harden for MVP
Houston has a long history of sending out promotion for their players and have been lobbying for Harden most of the season.
The Rockets are major advocates for their players when it comes to awards like these. They called Harden 'King James' after beating the Cavaliers in March and sent this even more elaborate gesture to media members during last year's award voting period.

— Diamond Leung (@diamond83) April 3, 2015 PR staffs exist in part to do these sorts of things, but it’s noteworthy that Golden State has chosen not to promote their own MVP candidate, Stephen Curry, for this same award, per Yahoo! Sports’ Marc Spears.
When Grantland’s Zach Lowe complained that it was unnecessary, Daryl Morey had this brief exchange with him.
Lowe followed it by asking what he was supposed to do with his Chandler Parsons-themed game of Trivial Pursuit. Which, to be quite honest, is a question I’m not sure anyone can answer.
