Russell Wilson was on a plane headed back from the White House Correspondent’s Dinner in Washington when he saw an Army soldier on his plane. Then he did something awesome:
Russell Wilson gave a soldier on his flight a surprise first class upgrade
Classy move by the Seahawks QB.

Russell Wilson was on my flight back to seattle and he brought me up to first class. Mad respect! #clutch

— Russell Wilson (@DangeRussWilson) April 30, 2015 Best flight ever dude!
— Kane Bernas (@co_kane144) April 30, 2015 Wilson is a spokesperson for Alaska Airlines, so we guess he didn't have to pay for the upgrade, but it's still an awesome and thoughtful move to thank one of America's servicemen for their duty.
No pics, though -- Bernas opted not to take one while Russ was sleeping:
@PakeJalmer hahaha he's sleeping should I sneak that selfie
