Mike Dunleavy will not be suspended by the NBA for Game 1 of Bulls vs. Cavaliers after hitting Giannis Antetokounmpo with a cheap shot on Thursday. Instead, the non-call has been upgraded only to a flagrant foul, reports Yahoo Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski.
Mike Dunleavy will not be suspended for Game 1, per report
The Bulls will have Dunleavy available in Game 1 against the Cavaliers.

Dunleavy's blow to the neck wasn't seen by officials, leading to Antetokounmpo retaliating on the next play and immediately being ejected. Dunleavy had also delivered a blow to Michael Carter-Williams that chipped several of his teeth, although that play could have been unintentional.
MCW said the dentist had to put a few of his teeth back into place last night. He suffered a few chipped teeth from the blow from Dunleavy.

Besides those plays, Dunleavy had a fantastic series against the Bucks, averaging 10.5 points on 50 percent shooting from the floor and 55 percent behind the arc while playing 30 minutes a night.
Without his shooting, the Bulls’ offense would have had even less spacing than usual, so this is a huge break for them.
The Bulls and Cavaliers begin their series on Monday at 7 p.m. ET.
