This MLB nut shot was so good, it looked like choreographed performance art

The Yankees were playing the Rangers on Thursday night when this happened.

That is a very unfortunate play for Yankee shortstop Didi Gregorius, and we sympathize with him, because getting hit in the beans never feels good.

With that said, when it comes to nutshots that one is about as magical as they come. Gregorius and Elvis Andrus look like they are WWE wrestlers flawlessly performing a choreographed routine. The reactions, the timing. It was all so perfect.

It wasn’t just the two main actors either. The crowd reaction was also pretty great, especially our new favorite Yankee fan, who appears to love this play.

Nut shot

Way to take one for the team, Didi. For the sake of comedy.

(H/T to The Cauldron for sharing the magical Vine)
