But if you do, here's the backstory that shows he wasn't exactly flipping off the crowd, Johnny Manziel-sytle:
Heinsohn was was telling a story about Henry Finkle, a player he coached on the Celtics. Finkle was going after a rebound and got his finger stuck in the netting on the way down. He sprained his finger which left his middle finger fully extended, which led to the image you’ve seen going around the internet.
