Mike Trout skies way above the wall to rob a home run with superhuman ease

Robbing a home run is extremely hard, especially when the ball is well clear of the wall like the one Jesus Montero hit. It takes a combination of supreme athleticism and perfect timing. There is a reason a lot of players come up smacking their gloves, having just missed making the play.
Yet somehow, Mike Trout makes it look like a routine play.
Look at this. This is a very hard to play, even to just range that far into the gap and time everything, yet Trout makes the play with the ease of a routine pop up.

It’s been a great weekend for home-run robbing catches, with Trout following up a great catch from Boston’s Mookie Betts.
