Celtics fans yearn for another playoff battle with LeBron James
Exciting times in Boston! The Celtics finally landed a big free agent and are poised to do even more after a solid 2015-16 season.

The Celtics finished in a four-way tie for third place last season, then signed the second-biggest free agent to change teams. Plus, more fireworks could be on the horizon thanks to an asset cupboard that includes a cornucopia of draft picks from the Nets.
How excited are Celtics fans? Pretty excited. Let’s talk about it with Jeff Clark, the dean of Celtics Blog. Among the topics:
- Did the Celtics overachieve, underachieve, or achieve last season?
- What’s the significance of signing Al Horford? How does he fit into Brad Stevens’ system?
- What’s the likelihood another big trade gets done? And how much is too much to give up?
- Can Isaiah Thomas repeat last season’s All-Star berth? Can he even improve on it?
- How do the Celtics replace Evan Turner? Is it time for Terry Rozier to shine?
- Brad Stevens: genius, good coach, or somewhere in between?
Mike also makes a semi-bold prediction, or at least raises a semi-bold possibility that maybe could happen.
Next up: the Los Angeles Clippers.
