Fantasy football advice, Week 4: who to start for Tennessee Titans vs. Houston Texans
Dan Ciarrocchi reviews who should be in your fantasy lineups or benches for an AFC South matchup

Start ‘em
Not only is Demarco Murray eighth in the NFL in rushing yards, but his 17 receptions puts him first among all running backs. Facing a front seven that is now without J.J. Watt, Murray may find himself with more running room than he would have in past seasons against the Texans. Murray is a locked and loaded RB1 until his production wanes and paves the way for Derrick Henry.
Start ‘em?
Tajae Sharpe has taken a “step back,” according to head coach Mike Mularkey, and his stat sheet coincides with that sentiment. With Kendall Wright slated to make his 2016 debut on Sunday, Sharpe’s target share could fall. Sharpe is still flex-worthy in PPR leagues, but expectations can be tempered amid the Titans’ run-first offense. If Delanie Walker returns to the lineup, however, he is a TE1. The question with him is a matter of health.
Sit ‘em
Quarterback streaming fantasy owners could see better matchups for Marcus Mariota before inserting him into their lineups, and Henry remains underused for fantasy purposes. Both can be stashed on benches, especially after Mariota’s disappointing outing against a terrible Raiders defense in Week 3.
Houston Texans
Start ‘em
Lamar Miller and DeAndre Hopkins should never come out of any fantasy owner’s lineup despite Hopkins’ quiet game against the Patriots. Miller netted 107 total yards in an abysmal team effort in Week 3, and if that can be expected in worst-case scenarios, fantasy owners have to be ecstatic.
Start ‘em?
Will Fuller was also contained to just 31 yards after eclipsing 100 in each of his first two NFL games. With the Titans surrendering big performances to Stefon Diggs, Marvin Jones and Michael Crabtree, Fuller has a chance to capitalize on the big plays he is known for. Fuller can be considered a WR3 with upside.
Sit ‘em
Brock Osweiler has yet to finish within the top 12 in fantasy points among quarterbacks during a given week, and can stay on benches until he does.
