The Chicago Bears announced on Sunday that Eddie Royal will be active for their Week 5 matchup with the Indianapolis Colts. Royal missed all three practices this week with a calf injury, but he will get a chance to play on Sunday.
Eddie Royal active for Bears, has huge fantasy matchup
Eddie Royal missed practice this week with a calf strain, but will play on Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications

Fantasy implications: This is a tough situation for Royal fantasy owners. Royal has had double-digit fantasy performances three of the first four weeks of the season. In Week 4, he had 111 receiving yards and a touchdown against the Detroit Lions.
In Week 5, the Bears face an Indianapolis Colts team that ranks No. 29 against the pass. The Bears will be without wide receiver Kevin White, who was recently placed on injured reserve. This would open the door to even more targets for Royal. The issue is how healthy he is, and how much work he can get with the calf injury. Royal has significant upside, but also a considerably low floor. He could catch 100 yards and a touchdown, or he could be held to a catch or two, or even aggravate the injury. If you need the upside start him. If you have some safer options, consider those.
