To the fantasy owners who survived 12 teams going on bye over the course of Week 8 and Week 9, good news – help is on the way. With just four teams taking a break in Week 10, and with several injured players on track to make their return, fantasy owners can breathe a little easier, even as their seasons evolve into must-win weeks down the stretch.
Fantasy football advice, Week 10: Who to start/sit for Los Angeles Rams vs. New York Jets
Dan Ciarrocchi reviews who should be in fantasy lineups or on benches in a matchup with two offenses attempting to right the ship.

When the Jets and Rams square off on Thursday night, a few notable fantasy options present themselves.
Los Angeles Rams
Start ‘em
In what’s surely a shock to Todd Gurley owners, the best player on the Rams’ offense has – guess what? – another terrible matchup at hand. On Sunday, the New York Jets, who boast the NFL’s No. 4 run defense, likely won’t allow Gurley to beat them. Gurley’s usage warrants fantasy consideration, and he does have the talent to capitalize, but fantasy owners can’t rely on him as anything more than an RB2.
Start ‘em?
The Jets’ weak pass defense puts tight end Lance Kendricks into streaming consideration, but as long as Case Keenum is under center, he, along with Tavon Austin and Kenny Britt will be flex options, but extremely risky ones.
Sit ‘em
Keenum, Benny Cunningham, and the rest of the Rams’ role players can stay on benches.
New York Jets
Start ‘em
Matt Forte and Brandon Marshall have been fantasy mainstays as the only real playmakers the Jets have left on offense. Though a miserably inconsistent year from the Jets’ offense has trickled down into Forte and Marshall’s fantasy numbers, they still warrant starting consideration against a middling Rams defense.
Sit ‘em
Ryan Fitzpatrick has not played anywhere close to the level he did in 2015, and deserves to remain on fantasy benches until something drastic happens with his production. It has made pass catchers such as Quincy Enunwa and Bilal Powell too volatile to trust in matchups that aren’t cakewalks.
