To the fantasy owners who survived 12 teams on bye over weeks 8 and 9, good news — help is on the way. With just four teams taking a break in Week 10, and with several injured players on track to return, fantasy owners can breathe a little easier, even as their seasons evolve into must-win weeks down the stretch.
Fantasy football advice, Week 10: Who to start/sit for Atlanta Falcons vs. Philadelphia Eagles
Dan Ciarrocchi reviews who should be in fantasy lineups or on benches in a Week 10 NFC matchup

When the Falcons and Eagles square off on Sunday, a few notable fantasy options present themselves.
Atlanta Falcons
Start ‘em
With Tevin Coleman ruled out once again, Devonta Freeman will handle the backfield duties. In Coleman’s absence, Freeman totaled 105 yards in Week 9, and found the end zone in Week 8 despite being held to a modest 58 yards. He is an RB1 and should be started in leagues of all formats, along with Matt Ryan and Julio Jones as per usual. Mohamed Sanu can also be trusted as a middling flex option after totaling 84 and 74 yards in his last two games.
Sit ‘em
Complementary players such as Terron Ward, Justin Hardy, and Austin Hooper don’t deserve fantasy consideration with the Eagles playing solid defense.
Philadelphia Eagles
Start ‘em
Only the Chargers have allowed more receptions to running backs than the 71 surrendered by the Falcons. With Darren Sproles locked into lead backfield duties, he has a mouthwatering matchup at hand. Sproles can be considered a solid RB2 with considerable upside against a vulnerable Falcons defense.
With Zach Ertz drawing a matchup against a defense that has surrendered the fifth-most fantasy points to tight ends, he remains on the TE1 radar. Jordan Matthews can also be considered a WR2 as a receiver who’s heavily involved in each week’s game plan.
Sit ‘em
Ryan Mathews has not seen the snaps that warrant fantasy consideration, and the former lead back can remain on benches. Carson Wentz and his committee receivers of Dorial Green-Beckham, Nelson Agholor, and Bryce Treggs can stay out of lineups as well.
