To the fantasy owners who survived 12 teams going on bye over the course of Week 8 and Week 9, good news – help is on the way. With just four teams taking a break in Week 10, and with several injured players on track to make their return, fantasy owners can breathe a little easier, even as their seasons evolve into must-win weeks down the stretch.
Fantasy football advice, Week 10: Who to start/sit for Seattle Seahawks vs. New England Patriots
Dan Ciarrocchi reviews who should be in fantasy lineups or on benches for Sunday night’s rematch of Super Bowl XLIX

When the Seahawks and Patriots square off on Sunday night, a few notable fantasy options present themselves.
Seattle Seahawks
Start ‘em
Jimmy Graham has been a rare bright spot amid a Seahawks offense that hasn’t provided much in terms of fantasy value. He will face a defense that has allowed just one touchdown reception to opposing tight ends this season, but Graham will give the Patriots their toughest test yet. He is a TE1 for Week 10 and beyond.
Start ‘em?
Russell Wilson reasserted himself as a start-worthy quarterback in fantasy leagues with a big performance against the Buffalo Bills. He will have a tougher task at hand on Sunday night, but a healthy Wilson would be hard to bench. He is a low-end QB1 with upside, and his top wideout Doug Baldwin deserves flex consideration.
Christine Michael found the end zone on Monday night but had just one rushing yard and popped up on the injury report with a hamstring injury. Late-week additions to the injury report are never a good sign, and it leaves Michael’s owners in a bind with the Seahawks having an 8:25 p.m. kickoff. Should Michael sit, C.J. Prosise would have RB2 appeal in what could be a pass-heavy game plan. Michael’s owners need to have a backup option in place until clarity on his status emerges.
Sit ‘em
Role players Jermaine Kearse and Tyler Lockett can remain on fantasy benches in all formats.
New England Patriots
Start ‘em
Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski are every-week starts as usual, but fantasy value may not trickle down as far against a tough Seahawks defense. Julian Edelman likely won’t draw much of Richard Sherman while in the slot, which allows him to have flex appeal even if his upside isn’t great.
The Seahawks currently boast a top-12 run defense, but they’re allowing the eighth-most fantasy points to opposing running backs in 2016. They have allowed over 100 rushing yards to running backs in four of their eight games, which should prompt LeGarrette Blount owners to pen him into lineups despite what has been widely perceived as a poor matchup for him. Blount, however, can be considered an RB2 with potential to find the end zone.
Sit ‘em
James White, Martellus Bennett and Danny Amendola should be started only for fantasy owners who are in difficult spots. If Dion Lewis returns to action, he cannot yet be trusted enough to warrant a lineup spot.
