The Kansas City Chiefs have ruled out Jeremy Maclin against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 11.
Jeremy Maclin injury update: WR out for Chiefs, fantasy owners
The Chiefs’ thin receiver unit gets a lot thinner whenever Jeremy Maclin isn’t part of it.

Maclin is dealing with a groin injury suffered in Week 9, which kept him sidelined in Week 10. The veteran wide receiver is already in the midst of one of his worst seasons since coming to the NFL in 2009. He is on pace to catch 53 passes for 668 yards and four scores this year.
The catches and yards would be career-lows, and he enters Week 11 ranked 62nd in fantasy scoring among receivers this season.
Fantasy Impact: If Maclin had played, Yahoo! ranked him as the 58th-best receiver in Week 11. He would face a Buccaneers defense allowing the seventh-most fantasy points to receivers over the last five weeks.
Still, you should not have started Maclin this week even if he was active. You should also consider cutting him. He just is not doing enough when healthy to make an impact for your fantasy team.
