The playoff push gets more intense in Week 11, and fantasy owners have less and less room for error as the season goes on. More than ever, sleepers and busts need to be accounted for over the course of every game to avoid making a season-dooming mistake. When the Eagles square off against the Seahawks, several notable players who garner fantasy consideration need to be accounted for.
Fantasy football advice, Week 11: Who to start/sit for Philadelphia Eagles vs. Seattle Seahawks
Dan Ciarrocchi reviews who should be in fantasy lineups or on benches for a Week 11 NFC matchup

Philadelphia Eagles
Start ‘em
So. After Week 10’s outburst, it looks like Ryan Mathews is back to not handling just eight snaps per game anymore. As vaunted as the Seahawks’ defense is, they have been vulnerable to the ground game in 2016, allowing over 100 rushing yards to opposing backs in four games and surrendering three touchdowns to LeGarrette Blount in Week 10. Mathews’ matchup can still be considered a difficult one as the Seahawks have given up the ninth-fewest rushing yards per game, but he’s is back on the RB2 radar. Darren Sproles still had enough of a role in Mathews’ breakout to warrant flex consideration in PPR formats.
Sit ‘em
There just isn’t much to be excited about for the Eagles’ passing game when taking on an elite pass defense on the road. Carson Wentz, Jordan Matthews, and an ailing Zach Ertz can remain on benches except in desperate situations. Matthews can mostly avoid Richard Sherman if he remains in the slot, but upside is severely limited.
Seattle Seahawks
After three straight touchdown-less weeks, Russell Wilson looks healthier than ever after scoring five times over his past two games while compiling 630 passing yards. While the rushing yardage still isn’t there for the agile quarterback, fantasy owners can still find value in the signal caller of an offense that is clicking on all cylinders. Doug Baldwin and Jimmy Graham can also remain in lineups as high-upside options at their respective positions as long as Wilson’s production remains.
Start ‘em?
Thomas Rawls is practicing in full, although it would be bold to assume that he would take on a full workload in his first game back from a lengthy absence. C.J. Prosise is slated to get the lion’s share of snaps, and is the preferred of the two options. Prosise can be considered a solid RB2 for Week 11 and has even more value in PPR formats.
Sit ‘em
Rawls, and role players such as Tyler Lockett and Jermaine Kearse can remain on benches. Fantasy owners will likely be able to deploy Rawls as an RB1 in Week 12 against the Buccaneers if he has a good showing on Sunday.
