Martellus Bennett injury update: TE questionable for Patriots, fantasy owners [Update]
Both of the Patriots’ stud tight ends are banged up with the fantasy playoffs nearing.

The New England Patriots are listing Martellus Bennett as questionable against the New York Jets.
An ankle injury has been bothering Bennett for several weeks now. It helped limit him to just one catch for 14 yards in a Week 11 win over the San Francisco 49ers. Bennett is among a host of key Patriots that are questionable for Week 12, including Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski, Julian Edelman, and Chris Hogan.
Depending on which of those guys is out (if any), Bennett could quickly become a tantalizing fantasy starter this week, especially if New England is without several top pass-catchers. But if Brady is out, Bennett suddenly becomes a bad fantasy play.
Fantasy Impact: If Bennett is active, Yahoo! ranks him as the 10th-best tight end in Week 12. He would face a Jets defense allowing the sixth-most points to tight ends over the last five weeks.
If Brady and Bennett are active in Week 12, keep the big tight end in your starting lineup.
