NFL scores 2016: Live updates, results, highlights, and more from Week 12

The Cowboys became the first 10-win team of the 2016 season with a win over Washington during Thursday’s triple-header. No team is going to catch them for that mark, not this Sunday anyway. However, a few could get one step closer to double digits.

The Sunday Night Football affair was a back-and-forth struggle in Denver. Trevor Siemian came alive in the second half to throw three touchdown passes, but the Chiefs forced overtime with a touchdown to Tyreek Hill in the final seconds, then kicked a game-winning field goal — doinked off the left upright but still through! — in the final minute of overtime for the win.

Kansas City moved to 8-3 and in second place in the AFC West, behind the 9-2 Raiders, who withstood a furious Panthers rally earlier in Oakland.

New England had a tough time with the rival New York Jets, but pulled it out in the end. It was win number 200 for Tom Brady, tying him with Peyton Manning for the most of all time by a quarterback (playoffs included).

In the NFC, the Cardinals-Falcons game didn’t live up to expectations as Atlanta’s hot offense proved to be far too much for their foes from Arizona. New Orleans hosted the Rams, and it was an absolute one-sided contest and Sean Payton made sure the score reflected it.

On Monday night, the Packers kept their hopes alive in the NFC North with a big win over the Eagles. Aaron Rodgers had one of his best games of the season by throwing for 292 yards and two touchdowns to lead Green Bay to victory.

In the AFC, the Bills shook off a slow start and, thanks to some help from Gus Bradley and the officiating, handed the Jaguars their sixth straight loss.
