Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown was penalized again for celebrating when Pittsburgh played the Colts on Thanksgiving Day, and his team is getting fed up with his antics. According to Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, the team has talked to Brown about his celebrations and the impact they have.

“Yeah, we did,” Roethlisberger said on Sportsradio 93.7 The Fan Tuesday. “He knows, we all know, Coach Tomlin brought it up yesterday, that is a huge penalty that we can’t do. We put our kick coverage team in a bad situation and we can’t have it, and AB knows that.”

Brown received his third penalty for a celebration this season on Thursday after a choreographed touchdown dance with teammate Le’Veon Bell.

Roethlisberger also said that he thinks Brown is being targeted more in bigger games because of his reputation.

“I know for a fact that he’s scored touchdowns in one o’clock games that aren’t the big prime time games and they haven’t flagged him,” Roethlisberger said.

In addition to the loss of 15 yards associated with these penalties, which are assessed on the following kickoff and impact his entire team, the celebrations have dented Brown’s bank account. Brown was fined $9,115 for twerking after a touchdown against Washington in Week 1 this season, and he earned a fine of $24,309 for a celebration involving pelvic thrusting after a score against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 4.
