Editor’s update: The Steelers think he will play, but he could end up serving as the backup, per Ian Rapoport. It’s an early start, so you’ll know quickly if he is starting.
Ben Roethlisberger injury update: Steelers QB questionable vs. Ravens, for fantasy owners [Update]
Big Ben is poised to return this week. Is he worth starting in an environment he traditionally struggles in?

The Pittsburgh Steelers are listing Ben Roethlisberger as questionable to face the Baltimore Ravens in Week 9.
Ben has been recovering from a torn meniscus in his left knee, which required surgery on Oct. 17. It was projected to sideline him at least four weeks, but it looks like he will have only missed one game (Week 7), thanks to Pittsburgh’s bye in Week 8.
It still is a surprising recovery for Ben, and it is safe to think he will be limited Sunday if he does start in Baltimore, a venue where he traditionally struggles. He has thrown just seven touchdowns in eight career games at Baltimore, including zero in his last two trips there.
Fantasy Impact: Yahoo! ranks Ben as the 10th-best quarterback in Week 9. He faces a Ravens defense allowing the fifth-most fantasy points to quarterbacks over the last three weeks. They are also tied for the ninth-most touchdown passes allowed this season (14).
As high as you drafted Ben in your fantasy league, he likely is your No. 1 quarterback hands down, but if you managed to snag a high-end backup Philip Rivers or Marcus Mariota, go with them instead. Otherwise, start Big Ben this week.
