DeMarcus Cousins mocks Joakim Noah’s bizarre shooting stroke

It remains one of the world’s greatest mysteries.

This is exactly what it says on the tin. Noted shooting mechanics enthusiast DeMarcus Cousins mimics noted weird shooter Joakim Noah’s patented release to Noah with a bewildered look on his face, captured by MSG Network and shared by the great Rob Perez.

Boogie could also be doing the American Sign Language cover of “Let It Go” from Disney’s Frozen or performing an interpretive dance move from “The Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy.” Perhaps he is describing to Noah how he released a dove at a peace rally, or is doing a magic trick. Ta-da!

Cousins is not the first NBA player Noah has befuddled with his stroke. Back in 2012, the entire Clippers bench pondered the mechanics.

By the way, on Friday Noah hit two free throws with two minutes left to give the Knicks a 99-98 lead. New York ended up winning 103-100 to sweep the season series with the Kings.
