The playoffs continue on Sunday for many fantasy leagues, and those owners don’t have any more room for error. Luckily, fantasy owners will have more than a few options to choose from in a showdown between two teams who are trying to cement spots in the NFC playoffs. Let’s take a look:
Fantasy football advice, Week 14: Who to start/sit for Seattle Seahawks vs. Green Bay Packers
Dan Ciarrocchi reviews who should be in fantasy lineups or on benches for a Week 14 showdown between two NFC rivals.

Seattle Seahawks
Start ‘em
When the Seahawks are on, they’re on, and signs of them slowing down aren’t plentiful against a Packers defense that has been shredded over its last five weeks. Before facing patty-cake matchups against Carson Wentz and Brock Osweiler over the last two weeks, the Packers had allowed three passing touchdowns or more in three of their previous four games. Russell Wilson is more in line with the quarterbacks the Packers faced during that stretch than Wentz and Osweiler, and the Packers’ defense would be hard-pressed to keep him out of QB1 territory for fantasy owners. Jimmy Graham, Doug Baldwin and Thomas Rawls can also be started as usual, especially with Rawls finally resembling his dominant 2015 form against the Panthers.
Sit ‘em
Fantasy wealth shouldn’t be hard for the Seahawks to come by, but it would be asking a lot for it to trickle down to Tyler Lockett, Jermaine Kearse and Troymaine Pope. All three can remain on fantasy benches.
Green Bay Packers
Start ‘em
Yes, Aaron Rodgers faces an imposing defense, but there is still plenty to like about his fantasy prospects even against the Seahawks. First, the Packers remain an offense that has zero threat of running the football. Second, the absence of Earl Thomas gives Rodgers more freedom to explore the deep-middle of the football field, and third, a potentially high-scoring Seattle offense may force the Packers to play lots of catch-up. No one is arguing that Rodgers will necessarily have an efficient game under center, but the volume is there for fantasy owners to pen him, Jordy Nelson, Randall Cobb and Davante Adams into lineups.
Sit ‘em
Until the Packers can show any ability to run the football, fantasy owners can consider Ty Montgomery, Christine Michael and James Starks afterthoughts against Seattle’s stout front. Jared Cook can also take a seat against a defense that has allowed just two touchdowns to opposing tight ends in 2016.
