With only four teams remaining in each fantasy league across the board, it’s not exactly a news flash to say that fantasy owners have to be at the top of their game. Several factors present themselves for the matchup between the Jaguars and Texans on Sunday, and fantasy owners will absolutely have to examine them closely to get the upper hand on their opponent. Let’s take a look:
Fantasy football advice, Week 15: Who to start/sit for Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Houston Texans
Dan Ciarrocchi reviews who should be in fantasy lineups or on benches for a Week 15 AFC South rivalry game.

Jacksonville Jaguars
Start ‘em
The Texans impose the NFL’s No. 5 pass defense, which is terrible news for a Jaguars offense that has been atrocious. Somehow, even in a tough matchup, the struggling Allen Robinson posted his best single-game totals of the season, dropping a 9-107-1 line on his divisional rivals. Despite that, Robinson has been surpassed by Marqise Lee as the team’s leading receiver. Both can be considered risky flexes, but Lee has the higher floor of the two.
Sit ‘em
With Chris Ivory likely back in action, both he and T.J. Yeldon can remain on fantasy benches. Blake Bortles remains a non-factor in leagues of all formats and can safely be left on waivers.
Houston Texans
The Texans may have the NFL’s No. 5 pass defense, but the Jaguars’ pass defense is No. 4. It doesn’t present a good scenario at all for the Texans’ passing game, which will once again take a backseat in the game plan to Lamar Miller. Miller eclipsed the 100-yard mark against the Colts and will likely be counted on to do the same once again with Brock Osweiler continuing to crash and burn. Miller is an upside RB2 whose usage is desirable, but his low-scoring offense is not.
Sit ‘em
Hopkins, Osweiler, as well as Will Fuller and Ryan Griffin can remain out of lineups for Week 15. With fantasy owns having no more room for error, safer options likely present themselves.
