Damian Lillard is a man possessed on the basketball court right now. His MVP-caliber play has the Blazers overachieving and in the thick of the playoff race in the Western Conference. Just how hot is he right now? Even shots like this are dropping.
The only sad thing is the refs didn’t give Lillard continuation and it didn’t count as a four-point play. After scoring 34 points Tuesday, Lillard is averaging 35.8 points per game while shooting an absurd 49.5 percent from the floor over his last five games. The nets in Portland might literally catch on fire.
