NBA Tuesday: Spurs wear down Clippers for 42nd consecutive home win

It’s been said again and again about the Spurs, but it’s the system, and the never ending roster of players who fit the system, that makes them so dangerous. Nearly everyone did their part against the Clippers.

Leonard was his usual remarkable self, always making the right play and doing it spectacularly.

Occasionally an exceptionally boisterous fan can be heard on TV heckling athletes. Rarely is it ever as clear as this presumed Spurs fan who had some unkind things to say to the Clippers.

Athletes are probably well accustomed to hear that they suck. Having someone say “you’re not that good” is an interesting twist. Poor J.J. Redick took the brunt of it despite not even being involved in the play.

In fact, 76ers fans should be bragging and chanting about their draft pick situation. It’s light years ahead of the Nets’.

76ers fans didn’t stop there, they started a “Trust the Process” chant at the game, too.
