Oregon vs. Saint Joseph’s 2016: Time, TV schedule and live stream for NCAA Tournament

It’s No. 1 vs. No. 8 in Spokane on Sunday as the Oregon Ducks face the Saint Joseph’s Hawks.

The Oregon Ducks and Saint Joseph’s Hawks meet in the NCAA Tournament round of 32 on Sunday, and each team advanced in very different ways. The Ducks easily took care of business, batting away No. 16 seed Holy Cross by 39 points. Saint Joseph’s, on the other hand, was locked in a close 8-9 matchup, defeating Cincinnati by two after a Bearcats dunk at the buzzer was ruled too late. The Hawks escaped by a fraction of an inch, and now face a red-hot Oregon team as a reward.

The Ducks come into the matchup looking strong, taking care of business in the first round when many others could not. Oregon won the Pac-12 regular season, then took the conference tournament by beating Utah. The Ducks followed that up with their biggest winning margin of the season in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.

Saint Joseph’s, meanwhile, finished fourth in the A-10, a game back of a three-way logjam at the top of the conference. The Hawks went on to win the A-10 tournament and secure an auto-bid to the big dance, knocking off VCU in the finals by double-digits. That all led to Friday, when Saint Joseph’s narrowly escaped Cincinnati to survive and advance.

Here are the details for Sunday’s matchup, with a berth in the Sweet 16 on the line.
