2. Dan Girardi is careless

I’m told by Rangers fans that Girardi does this at least once every game, which must be infuriating.

And for good reason: stats-wise, he’s a possession black hole for his teammates. Possession is a hard thing for many fans to wrap their head around, but Girardi provided an easy example of how bad he is in that category on Tuesday.

Amazing. That, ladies and gentlemen, is the definition of bad possession.
