It took six games, but the Cleveland Cavaliers finally dispatched the Toronto Raptors with a blowout Friday night to finish off the Eastern Conference Finals. The win earned Cleveland a return trip to the NBA Finals.

The biggest turnaround on the court was in Kevin Love’s game, as Love went from shooting 28.6 percent and scoring 10 points in Game 4 to shooting 80 percent and scoring 25 points in Game 5.
