Stephen Curry impersonated a Girl Scout to surprise basketball campers

The Golden State Warriors love surprises. Perhaps it’s the last-second three, or signing Kevin Durant. Maybe even it’s shocking a bunch of basketball campers by having Stephen Curry knock on their doors.
We really need to talk about Curry’s strategy here. If you’re knocking on a door and want to hide your identity then why the heck would you say “Girl Scout cookies?” At best the kids think you’re an adult man posing as a child. He could have easily posed as room service, a pizza delivery man, a basketball coach — anything but a Girl Scout.
In any event, it worked. The kids were bowled over. It’s pretty neat — except for that weird tactic.
