This reporter completed her Olympics report despite a dancing Charmander behind her

As entertaining and emotional as these Olympics have been, they have not been without their faults. Even prior to the athletes showing up, Rio has had its share of problems. The Olympic village was reportedly deemed “uninhabitable,” and the diving pool turned green and started smelling like a fart.

And the athletes aren’t the only ones facing inconveniences. Some members of the media have their own problems.

Major props to KLS 5 TV’s Ashley Moser for maintaining her composure while this goof in what looks like a Charmander suit waving a Brazilian flag danced during the live broadcast. It is slightly funny, but having the pressure of reporting live is stressful enough without a distraction like this.

It took only a second for Moser to realize what was behind her before completely blocking it out and continuing to talk to the camera. The Charmander continued its dancing, but based on her composure Moser didn’t even realize it.

Were it me, I probably would have gotten so angry that I would have stopped reporting, turned to the person in the Charmander suit and started shoving them out of the shot so I can get my job done. But then again, I’m not a true professional like Moser.
