Eight-months after surgery to repair a torn ACL, Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco says his knee, “feels great,” but it is not fully healed just yet. Flacco told reporters on Tuesday that he can still feel the effects of his injury, and that his knee is not yet back to 100 percent.
Joe Flacco says knee not 100 percent yet, fantasy value remains low
The Ravens’ quarterback says his surgically-repaired knee feels great, but not yet fully healed. We break down the fantasy implications

He also added that when he is participating in football-related activities, his injury is not something that he worries about.
Fantasy impact: Before his 2015 injury, Flacco was on pace for a solid fantasy season. If that knee gets back to 100 percent, fantasy owners should expect much of the same from the Ravens’ quarterback in 2016.
But until the season begins, there is no reason for Flacco to be thought of as anything more than a QB2. He becomes a solid option for fantasy owners as a backup but nothing more than that for now. His current ADP in standard 12-team leagues has his selection occurring in the later rounds of each draft, if at all.
