Simone Biles meeting Zac Efron ranks highly as one of the best out-of-competition moments of the Olympics so far. The Today Show arranged for the actor to travel down to Rio and meet the entire Final Five team, but really he knew he was there for Biles.
Speaking to Bob Costas, Biles and Aly Raisman relived the moment and Biles was still beaming. Raisman said that now they’ve gotten the pleasantries out of the way it’s time for Efron to become their full, card-carrying BFF. There are already plans for a pizza and French fry party.
