The Arizona Cardinals have two key receivers dealing with injuries. In addition to Larry Fitzgerald’s knee issue, John Brown may have had a setback with his concussion.
John Brown misses practice with headache, fantasy impact still wait-and-see
We break down the fantasy implications of John Brown missing practice with a headache, which comes after a concussion sidelined him for three weeks.

Brown sat out Wednesday’s practice due to a headache, according to azcentral.com reporter Kent Somers. Brown was placed in the NFL concussion protocol on Aug. 1. It was caused by Brown hitting his head on the ground during practice.
That led to Brown missing three weeks of action until he was cleared on Aug. 22 to resume non-contact practice. An injury setback is one thing, but a setback with a concussion is a serious ordeal.
Brown having a headache does not mean he definitely had a setback. This may just be a simple headache, at least until Cardinals doctors and coaches say otherwise.
Fantasy Spin: If it turns out Brown did suffer a setback from the concussion that cost him three weeks, his availability for the start of the regular season would be in serious jeopardy. Until this issue is settled, avoid drafting Brown at his current ADP, which has him going in the Round 6 range.
