LIVE 4 p.m. ET: The best new things of the 2016 college football season!

Let’s preview the games and names you need to know ahead of this year’s college football season

On our big 2016 preview spectacular, Dan Rubenstein and Ryan Nanni take a look at the new games, coaches, and players who will leave huge marks on the season. We’ll dive into all sorts of topics, like:

• What is the bar for success for the sport’s new coaches like Mark Richt at Miami, Kirby Smart at Georgia, Clay Helton at USC, and Justin Fuente at Virginia Tech? SB Nation Senior Reporter Steven Godfrey joins us to help figure things out.

• Who are some new household names - true or redshirt freshmen, or sophomores assuming a starting role - who we should know going into the season. SB Nation Recruiting Editor Bud Elliott joins us to give his picks.

• Which games most intrigue us (for various reasons) as we look across both the conference and non-conference slate? Which unranked matchups in September will give us October’s ranked teams? Which games that look like enormous matchups now will stay that way in which could mean far less come kickoff?
