Wild fan chases cyclists during Olympic men’s road race

Just because you didn’t train your whole life and qualify for the Olympics or whatever doesn’t mean you shouldn’t get to compete.

The cycling men’s road race had a crazy finish, but by far the craziest part of the event was this lunatic chasing the racers down the road for seemingly no reason. Maybe this guy has a terrible paper boy who is always launching the paper into the bushes as he steps out on the porch to pick it up. He could be training to chase that kid down and have a word with him about where he’d like to have his newspaper placed in the mornings.

Maybe that’s what’s going on. Maybe it’s 1954 and people are still reading the paper. Of course the more likely possibility is that this dude is just straight up nuts and wanted to be on TV or wanted to cause an accident. Regardless, nice hustle.
