Olympics 2016, beach volleyball schedule: Time, TV schedule and live stream for Tuesday

The preliminary matches for beach volleyball at the 2016 Olympics in Rio continue on Tuesday with another full slate. The action at Copacabana Beach will be streamed live all day by NBC Sports, so you’ll be able to take in all the set ups and spikes even without hanging under the sun.

The biggest match on the beach Tuesday will see the American duo of Lauren Fendrick and Brooke Sweat taking on Brazil’s Larissa Franca and Talita Antunes. Fendrick and Sweate are considered the U.S. “B” team in Rio and will have their hands full against a talented duo from the host country.

The men also have a full schedule, including Americans Phil Dalhausser and Nick Lucena taking on Mexico’s Juan Virgen and Lombardo Ontiveros in the morning. Dalhausser, a gold medal winner at the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, will look to continue his push with Lucena toward another medal.
