Julio Jones looks like an adult playing in a pee-wee football game in the NFC Championship. In his latest feat of strength, he shook off a hold from LaDarius Gunter, then shook off the rest of the Packers’ secondary en route to a stiff-arming 73-yard touchdown to put his Falcons up 31-0 early in the third quarter.
Julio Jones made the Packers’ secondary look like a bunch of toddlers with a 73-yard touchdown catch
Sorry, Green Bay. It was fun.

The pass gave Jones more than 100 receiving yards on the afternoon, his eighth such performance of the season. The bullying catch-and-run was his second touchdown of the game. Prior to this, he was seen tiptoeing across the end zone in the sideline to put his Falcons up 24-0 at the half.
Meanwhile, Jones’ big catch put Matt Ryan at 367 total yards and four touchdowns on the afternoon. With a date in the Super Bowl seemingly less than 30 minutes away, the Falcons’ offense looks like it is reaching its peak.
