Le’Veon Bell celebrated his TD against the Lions by bench pressing with his team

It’s yet another great Steelers celebration.

Jeanna Kelley has been covering the Falcons for The Falcoholic since 2011 and the NFL for SB Nation since 2015.

The Steelers, perhaps more than any other team, have made the most of the league’s relaxed rules on touchdown celebrations. They added a new one to the list on Sunday after Le’Veon Bell scored against the Lions on Sunday Night Football.

Strength and conditioning is obviously important for NFL players. Bell took few bench press reps after his touchdown.

JuJu Smith-Schuster is the bench. Antonio Brown, David DeCastro and Alejandro Villanueva are the spotters. Ramon Foster is just there to hype up Le’Veon Bell while he pumps some iron, which is actually the ball.

It’s too bad James Harrison wasn’t on the field for this one. We’d love to see his workout celebration.

The Steelers have become one of the most fun teams to watch this season, in part because of their celebrations. We’re looking forward to what they come up with next.
