Jamaal Charles fumbled his 3rd carry back in Kansas City, and Marcus Peters returned it for a TD

Not the best start to his return.

Jamaal Charles made his return to Kansas City on Monday Night Football with the Broncos, after spending the first nine seasons of his career with the Chiefs.

On his third carry, Charles fumbled the ball, and Marcus Peters scooped it up, and took it back for an easy 45-yard touchdown.

Peters would be called for an unsportsmanlike penalty on the play after dunking the football into the goal post like a basketball.

While restrictions on celebrations were loosened coming into the 2017 season, only the football can be used as a prop, not the goal post.

Charles’ first two carries looked good, but that third one was the charm for Kansas City.
