LeBron James missed a dunk.
LeBron James MISSED A WIDE-OPEN WINDMILL DUNK
YES YOU READ THAT RIGHT

Ian Eagle’s reaction sums it up well.
I remember James missing one dunk, the one in Game 7 of the 2016 NBA Finals that nearly ended Draymond Green’s life. But he was fouled, and he wasn’t wide open like this missed windmill. James attempted a dunk that a sliver of a percent of humans could even attempt, truly a superhuman attempt, and he clanked it. This is an incredible moment in sports history.
This isn’t something I can confirm at this exact moment, but this feels right:
Here’s a quick list of things that LeBron James has done more times than he has missed a fast break dunk:
- Played in a Finals Game 7
- Hit game-winning, buzzer-beating shots
- Had children
- Been trolled by Lance Stephenson
This moment was historical and I’ll never forget it, and neither should you. Also, I guess that means James is getting old and that’s dumb. I don’t like that. Someone stop that.
