2 Chiefs players tried to catch the same screen pass, and it failed miserably

Somebody didn’t understand their role here.

The Kansas City Chiefs have lost four of their last five games going into Sunday’s matchup with the Bills, and things didn’t exactly start well for them.

Alex Smith tried throwing a screen pass, which is fine. The only problem? Both Albert Wilson and Tyreek Hill tried to catch it:

A play like this would have been inconceivable from the Chiefs in the first five weeks of the season when their offense was a juggernaut.

Lately, though, the Chiefs have let their flaws be shown, and when they make plays like this, it only haunts fans after a promising first five weeks.

The Chiefs still have time to turn things around, but this particular play sums up how things have gone for them as of late.
