Brock Osweiler is back in Denver this season and making his first start after Trevor Siemian continues to struggle. It didn’t take long for Osweiler to get back to his old ways, throwing an interception just six passes into the game.
Brock Osweiler needed just 6 passes to throw an interception in his 1st start back with the Broncos
That’s the Brock we know!

Osweiler is playing to keep the job from Paxton Lynch, as NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported Sunday morning.
He said, “Former first-round pick Paxton Lynch is rapidly improving. His shoulder injury sounds like it’s about two weeks away. Do not be surprised if Osweiler falters [that] Lynch ends up getting the job, maybe for the rest of the season.”
Lynch is 1-1 in his two career starts, completing 59 percent of his passes for 497 yards and two touchdowns with one interception.
No matter who is playing quarterback for the Broncos today, next week, or next month, they can’t be feeling too comfortable. It seems Osweiler is the same ol’ quarterback we’re used to.
