Larry Fitzgerald completed his first career pass on Sunday against the Giants. He did it at age 34 as his 14th NFL season is winding down.
Larry Fitzgerald completed his 1st pass ever in what could be his last home game in Arizona
This throw was a beauty.

It was an absolute dime. Fitzgerald rolls to his right and hits wide receiver Jaron Brown for a 21-yard gain on first down.
It was the third passing attempt of Fitzgerald’s career and the first completion. The 21-yard throw added to Fitzgerald’s overall yards from scrimmage and added yet another career accomplishment to his resume.
The veteran wide receiver hauled in his 100th catch of the season against the Giants. It just happened to be a 13-yard catch for a touchdown to give the Cardinals a 10-0 lead over New York with 1:01 left in the first half. That makes Fitzgerald the first player in NFL history to rack up 100 catches and over 1,000 yards in a season that began after his 34th birthday, according to Cardinals vice president of media relations Mark Dalton.
Fitzgerald did all of this in what may very well be his very last home game with the Cardinals. Fitzgerald signed a one-year extension that keeps him under contract with Arizona through the 2018 season. But Fitzgerald hasn’t decided if he’ll play next season or not.
“I’m going to take some time, figure it out,” Fitzgerald said this week, via Kent Somers of AZ Central. “I’ll let you know, though.”
If this is the last Cardinals home game of Fitzgerald’s career, that successful pass is going to be a fun thing to remember it by.
