The Bengals defense just stopped and let Le’Veon Bell have the easiest TD ever

Bengals cornerback William Jackson watched Le’Veon Bell run right by him.

Le’Veon Bell caught a short pass that should’ve ended up as a quick first down for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Instead it was a touchdown because three Cincinnati Bengals defenders stopped playing and watched Bell run right by.

A close look at his feet showed Bell never stepped out.

All three Bengals defenders looked like they could’ve done a lot more to stop the Steelers running back, but Cincinnati cornerback William Jackson made the biggest error of the group by stopping completely and allowing Bell to run right by.

What was Jackson thinking? Probably that he didn’t want a penalty for a late hit. Whatever it was, it ended up being a hilarious touchdown for the Steelers who really needed an offensive boost.
