Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant finally got into the shouting match we all wanted to see

We have drama!

Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant jawed at each other all the way back to their respective huddles after a timeout was called in the third quarter, with Westbrook telling Durant “I’m coming” repeatedly.

Enes Kanter came and grabbed Westbrook as he reached his huddle, while Durant was pulled away by his teammates as well. The Thunder had cut several points into the Warriors’ lead, but still trailed by 18 points when the timeout was called.

Thunder fans booed Durant, chanted “cupcake” at him, and wore shirts calling him a coward. However, that was the first instance of either Durant or Westbrook reacting to each other, beyond playing basketball.
