All-Star forward Kawhi Leonard has entered the NBA’s Concussion Protocol, the San Antonio Spurs announced on Friday. He will not play in his team’s Saturday matchup against the Golden State Warriors.

Leonard left in the third quarter of San Antonio’s 102-92 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder on Thursday after he was clobbered in the side of his head by an inadvertent elbow from Victor Oladipo.

He went back to the locker room and did not return after scoring 19 points in 26 minutes.

Other players to enter the league’s concussion protocol this season are Brooklyn’s Joe Harris, Oklahoma City’s Steven Adams, and Charlotte’s Cody Zeller. It is unclear if the Spurs’ star will miss extended time.

Leonard had recently posted an MVP-caliber performance with 39 points and a game-sealing sequence in a 112-110 win over the Houston Rockets. He leads the Spurs, averaging 26.2 points, 5.9 rebounds, and 1.9 steals this season.
