Stanton’s two-run shot off the Western Metal Supply building in left field gave Team USA a 4-2 lead against the Dominican Republic, in the same stadium where Stanton won the Home Run Derby last July. The Miami Marlins slugger was just 1-for-10 with a double and three walks in the tournament before Saturday night.
